Captain Ryan “Redbeard” Diehl is a USCG-certified captain and experienced in sailing the waters from the Chesapeake Bay all the way to Trinidad at the end of the East Caribbean island chain—and everywhere in between.  Born and raised in Annapolis, Maryland (sailing capital of the US), Captain Redbeard has been sailing his whole life and finds that the near-perfect sun and sailing conditions in the Virgin Islands have been the most enticing.

The energetic crew aboard Liberty is happy to serve up a hearty dose of local knowledge along with a refreshing glass of rum punch.  Your first mate gives excellent snorkeling instruction and guided underwater tours, so you’re sure to find the rarest of reef fish—and sometimes even turtles, rays and conch!
